What we collect

• Contact & membership details – name, email, phone, DOB, waiver info.
• Payment data – handled by Stripe/EFTPOS; we don’t store card numbers.
• Usage data – check-ins, bookings, cookie/analytics info.

Why we collect it

• Run memberships, bookings and payments.
• Send newsletters and event updates you’ve asked for (unsubscribe any time).
• Keep the gym safe, secure and legally compliant.
• Improve routes, events and the website via anonymous stats.

Who gets it

• EcoSend (UK) – delivers our newsletter emails.
• Approach – hosts member portal, waivers & emails.
• Payment providers – secure card processing.
• Regulators or law-enforcement if the law says so.
• No selling of your data. Ever.

How long we keep it

Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Member records: up to 7 years after expiry (industry standard for liability). Back-ups auto-delete after 180 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Email hello@betapark.com.au

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where possible. No system is 100 % bullet-proof, but we follow industry best practice and will notify you of any serious breach.
