Membership terms + conditions.

Beta Park offers one of the most flexible and value for money memberships in the country! Only $32 per week!! Our memberships are designed for long term use rather than on a week by week basis. They can be held or cancelled fee free, however there are a few limitations to our flexibility.

Member Benefits and Exclusions

  • 10% off all retail and merchandise excluding sale items, food and beverage.

  • 2 free friend passes per week including shoe hire. Free passes are valid for friends who have never previously climbed at Beta Park. Passes do not accumulate.

  • We work with a third party to plant one tree for every month your membership is active!

  • A free treat on your birthday (A toastie or hot/iced coffee, tea or chocolate).

  • Discounts on offered courses, coaching and training plans. Free workshops.

  • Discounts at selected events such as food or drink vouchers or free entry.

  • Free towel hire.

  • It’s your responsibility to communicate discounts. Refunds will not be made after purchase.

  • Membership does not include shoe hire.

Activations, holds + cancellations.

  • The day you start your membership becomes your regular payment day.

  • Membership payments are charged at 4.00am or 5.00am (depending on Daylight Savings).Membership payments are charged for the week ahead.

  • Your regular payment day does not change if you put your membership on hold. Your payment day can be changed, however you will need to email us to do so.

  • Once active, memberships cannot be put on hold or cancelled for the first 4 weeks.

  • After the first 4 weeks memberships can be held or cancelled fee free.

  • Holds can only be made once every 2 pay cycles.

  • Memberships must be held or cancelled before close of business the day before your regular payment day. Refunds will not be made for late notifications.

  • All enquiries, holds and cancellations must be communicated via email to hello@betapark.com.au Verbal communications with staff in-gym cannot be guaranteed.

  • Memberships placed on hold mid-way through a payment cycle will be credited the remaining paid days.

  • Credited days remain on the account and will be deducted from the next payment. Credit days cannot be used to offset other purchases.

  • Memberships restarted mid-pay cycle will be charged for the remainder of the cycle. This is charged at $4.57 per day. If you have any credited days, these will be subtracted from the total.

Failing to pay your membership.

  • A failed payment does not mean your membership has been placed on hold or cancelled.

  • Failed payments will accumulate and remain as debts on your account until they are paid.

  • If your membership is not paid on the regular payment day due to your credit card expiring or declining, you will be contacted via email to update your credit card information before being charged the outstanding balance.

  • If your membership is not paid on the regular payment day due to insufficient funds, we will attempt to charge your card daily until payment is received.

  • If your membership is unpaid for two weeks, you will receive a warning email. You will have until the following payment day to pay the outstanding balance.

  • If your membership is unpaid for three weeks, you will receive another warning email. Your membership will be cancelled immediately and a freeze placed on your account until the outstanding balance is paid in full. You will have to pay the $10 sign-up fee to restart your membership. You cannot climb during this time.

Membership not for you?

Our memberships may not suit everyone, but we have plenty of other options to keep you climbing regularly including a 7 day pass, 10 passes and single entries. Check out the main page for prices.
